The original ER collet system was created in 1972 and became the industry standard DIN 6499 twenty years later. It is still the most widely used tool holding system in the world. Rego-Fix expanded to the United States in 1988 residing in Indianapolis, IN. The powRgrip collet system was developed in 2002 and is still winning awards as recent as 2015 with the Red Dot award for industrial design. Accredited by ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, Rego-Fix continues its quest for high-quality tool manufacturing and design.
